Natalie is a strength and fitness coach based in Alpine, Utah, who specializes in helping women and athletes navigate complex challenges, including physique development, performance goals, and training around medical conditions.

In an industry flooded with misinformation, Natalie’s philosophy stands apart as it is rooted in science, education, and integrity. After nearly a decade of coaching and seeing firsthand the widespread gaps in quality coaching, Natalie began her PhD journey in Health Sciences to contribute to research, expand collective knowledge, and raise the standard of practice to make a meaningful difference.

She aims to elevate the standard for coaching by empowering clients to understand the why behind every decision. Her programs bridge the gap between research and real life; built on current evidence-based principles, but always personalized with empathy, structure, and clarity.

Natalie believes lasting progress comes from knowledge, critical thinking, and consistent execution. Clients who work with her learn how to question trends, trust the process, and build systems that support long-term health, confidence, and strength.

A published researcher, competitive powerlifter, and PhD student in Health Sciences, Natalie brings both academic rigor and lived athletic experience to every comprehensive program she designs.
